Visa and official invitation

All foreign participants and accompanying persons will require a visa. The  official letters of invitation will be sent to all participants after confirmation of participation.

Travel and accommodation

The Seventh International Conference «Geometry, Dynamics, Integrable Systems – GDIS 2018» will be held in  Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Dolgoprudny.Dolgoprudny is a part of Moscow region and is located only in 25 km from the center of Moscow. Dolgoprudny is served by three International airports of Moscow: Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo. Here you can find information on how to get from all these airports to Dolgoprudny.

Accommodation

The organizing committee suggests the Residence Hall #10 in the Campus of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Teсhnology in Dolgoprudny on favorable terms.

Residence Hall №10 is a 17-storey apartment-type MIPT dormitory with four entrances. The “Desiatka” was opened in 2014. There are four apartments on each floor of the building, which are of two types – single room and two-room. The information on the terms and prices to follow later. Address: 32 bld 4, Pervomayskaya ulitsa, Dolgoprudny, Moscow Region, 141700, Russian Federation. The participants may choose any other hotel, both in Dolgoprudny and in Moscow itself. In Dolgoprudny, for example, there are the following hotels:  «Dom Uchenykh»,  Ms Apartments Dolgoprudnyi,Daryino Guest House Moscow etc.  The organizing committee will readily provide necessary information on other alternatives and assist in booking hotel rooms.

Fee

The registration fee is 200USD and is paid at the registration desk. It covers the cost of the conference materials, refreshments and social program.

Abstracts and papers

We plan to have abstracts of lectures printed in advance. For preparation of the abstract, Latex and Word templates are available. The length of abstracts is limited to two pages.

The deadline for sending abstracts is 15 April 2018.

A special Issue of the journal Regular and Chaotic Dynamics  will be organized with peer-reviewed papers based on selected works presented in the Conference.
